8x8 pan. Serves at least 16. This rich chocolate brownie has a creamy coffee frosting and a layer of chocolate ganache that makes this very decadent. Perfect with that mid-day cup of coffee and late night treat.

Best Ever Carrot Cake
8 inches, two layers, and cream cheese frosting. Each layer is 3 inches thick. The sides of the cake are covered in frosting and chopped walnuts.

Apple Pumpkin Upside Down Cake
10 inch round. Pretty presentation with apples fanned out on top. Served with whipped topping is a great add on to this moist apple cake.
